Torpedo™ Provence Pesto
Makes 6 servings
Note: This classic Italian sauce is best served the day you make it.
Variations: Replace half the basil with parsley or mint. Or, replace the pine nuts
with walnuts or blanched almonds.
3 cups fresh basil, loosely packed
½ cup pine nuts
6 oz. Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, peeled
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. kosher salt
1. Place all ingredients into the Torpedo™ and lock lid into place. Press ON until
mixture is nearly smooth.
2. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
