Whipped Cream
Makes 4 servings
Tip: For a lower calorie dessert
topping, replace the sugar with your
favorite sugar alternative or substitute.
2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Place all ingredients into the
Torpedo™ and lock lid into place.
2. Press ON and let run until mixture
is thick and creamy.
Chocolate Mousse
Makes 4 servings
Note: This will keep for a day if
covered and refrigerated.
Variations: Add one tbsp. of orange
or raspberry liqueur. Or, add 4 oz. of
your favorite chocolate and pulse
briefly to combine for a double
chocolate mousse.
To Whipped Cream recipe
above, add:

3 cup chocolate syrup
1. Remove vented top, press ON and
drizzle chocolate into container.
2. Allow to mix until smooth
and creamy.
