Decadent Desserts
Italian Bread Pudding
Makes 6-8 servings
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 ½ cups brown sugar
3 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt
10 cups torn Italian bread with crust (fresh or stale)
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ and butter a 9 x 9 pan.
2. Place all ingredients except for the bread into the Torpedo™ and lock lid into
place. Press ON until well mixed.
3. Add the bread pieces and PULSE until roughly chopped and folded into the batter.
4. Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 45 to 50 min.
4. Serve with Bourbon Sauce.
Bourbon Sauce
¼ cup butter
½ cup sugar
4 tbsp. heavy cream
3 tbsp. bourbon
1. Add all ingredients in the Torpedo™ and lock lid into place. Press ON
until smooth.
2. Pour over warm bread pudding when ready to serve.
