4. The PULSE bar is for quick bursts of mixing or chopping. The Torpedo™

will only operate in this mode while the PULSE bar is pressed. It is not

recommended that the PULSE function be used for more than 15 seconds

at a time (with a 10 second rest period in between). This will put undue

stress on the motor.

5. At any time during the ON or AUTO phase, the OFF button or PULSE BAR

may be used to immediately and completely shut off the Torpedo™.

If re-started, the AUTO feature will begin with its initial interval.

6. Be certain that the blades and motor have stopped completely before

attempting to remove the lid.

MAINTENANCE:

1. Wipe the outside of the Torpedo™ with a soft, damp cloth.

2. For cleaning the inside of the canister, ﬁll

3 full with hot water and add a few

drops of dish washing liquid. Turn the machine ON for 30 seconds and allow

the Torpedo™ to self-clean with soap foaming up and around the inside.

Rinse the soap from the canister thoroughly with clear, hot water.

3. Use the soft brush provided to clean around the blades, the ﬁlter hole, and the

mesh screens and separate each piece before cleaning.

4. Allow all parts to dry thoroughly before re-assembly.

5. Clean the canister immediately after use to prevent caked-on food.

6. Do not store unused food in the Torpedo™ canister. Doing so may damage

the blades. Instead, use the provided storage containers in your Torpedo™

Party Set.
