? TURNING ON/OFF
Q
The power switch does not work.
A
If you press and release the power switch too quickly, your computer may not be turned on.
Press the power switch until the Power
LED lights in green.
Q
My computer initiates start-up but fails.
(The Battery LED flashes in orange.)
A
The battery pack may not be sufficiently charged.
Take either of the following actions:
• Connect the AC adapter supplied with your computer.
Do not use any third-party AC adapter.
• Replace the battery pack with a fully charged one.

The power supply system may not be properly connected.
Connect the battery pack and the AC adapter properly.

The protective function may have been activated.
Do the following:
• Move your computer to a cooler place and let your computer cool down.
When the interior temperature of your computer exceeds the predefined temperature,
the protective function is activated to automatically shut down the system.
• Remove any obstacles blocking the air vent.
Blocking the air vent causes the interior temperature of your computer to rise.
If the above actions do not work, contact the nearest maintenance service.
