I noticed an abnormal smell and heat.

Turn off your computer and the optional devices and disconnect the power plugs from
outlets.
Ensure safety, remove the battery pack from your computer, and then contact your sales
dealer or the nearest maintenance service.
The following information is required:
• Name of the device
• Date of purchase
• Current conditions (as fully as possible)
