Press the [FROM ADDRESS] button to
enter the sender's address, and then
press the [ENTER] button.
- FROM ADDRESS and FROM NAME displays the sender's
address and name set by the network administrator with
TopAccess when the equipment is installed.
- The contents of FROM ADDRESS and FROM NAME are sent to
the receiver as the information of the sender.

Press the [FROM NAME] button to enter
the sender's name, and then press the
[ENTER] button.

After all the settings are entered, press
the [ENTER] button.

Press the [SCAN!] button.
- If the [SCAN TO E-FILING] or the [SCAN TO E-MAIL] button is
pressed to make the setting before pressing the [SCAN!] button,
the specified 2 jobs can be performed simultaneously.
