CONTROLS AND FEATURES
General controls
To select a position, use the numbered buttons on the remote
control.
Positions can also be selected using
P
U
and
P
u
.
To display on-screen information
i.e.
position, input mode or
stereo/mono signal, press . Press again to cancel.
The time display facility allows the current (text service) time to
be seen on the television screen.
Press
D
whilst watching a normal television broadcast to
see a time display from the broadcaster. It will remain on
screen for about 5 seconds.
NOTE:
This display may not be available in some cases.
For ATV programmes
If stereo or dual language broadcasts are transmitted, the word
Stereo or Dual will appear on the screen each time positions are
changed, disappearing after a few seconds. If the broadcast is
not in stereo, the word Mono will appear.

Bilingual…
Bilingual transmissions are rare. If they are
transmitted, the word

will be displayed. Choose the
required programme number and if the word

For stereo or dual mono broadcasts, press

and use

to select settings.
For multi-audio track broadcasts, press

repeatedly to
change the audio language (see ‘Audio language’ on
page 42).
Quick Menu
helps you access some options quickly, such as
Picture Mode, Picture Size, More Information, Sleep
Timer
etc.

QUICK

Quick Menu
and use

select the option.
