TACP/TH]further warrantthe picture tube in this televisionagainst
defectsin materialsor workmanshipfor a period of two (2) years
afterthe date of original retail purchase DURING THIS PERIOD,
TACP/THIWILL, ATTACP/THI'S OPTION,REPAIR OR REPLACE
A DEFECTIVEPICTURETUBE WITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED
PICTURETUBE WITHOUT CHARGETO YOU, EXCEPTTHAT,IF
A DEFECTIVEPICTURETUBE IS REPAIRED OR REPLACED
AFTERONE (t) YEAR FROM THE DATEOF THE ORIGINAL
RETAILPURCHASE,YOU PAYLABOR CHARGES INVOLVED
IN THE REPAIROR REPLACEMENT.
Rental Units
Thewarranty for rentalunits begins with the date of first rental
or thirty (30) daysfromthe date of shipmentto the rentalfirm,
whichevercomesfirst.
*Commercial Units
Televisionssold and usedfor commercialpurposes havea limited
ninety (90) daywarranty for all parts, labor,and picturetubes.
Owner's Manual and Product Registration Card
Readthis owner's manualthoroughly before operating this television
Completeand mail the enclosedproduct registration cardwithin ten
daysafteryou, or the person who hasgivenyou this product asa
gift, purchasedthis television. Returningthe product registration
card will enableTACP/THIto provide youwith better customer
sen/iceand improvedproduct support. Failureto return the product
registrationcard will not affect your rights under this warranty.
Your Responsibility
THEABOVE WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECTTOTHE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
(1) Youmustprovide your bill of sale or other proof of purchase.
(2) All warrantyservicing of this televisionmust be made by an
AuthorizedTAcPfrHI Service Station
(3) The warrantiesfromTACPandTHI are effectiveonly ifthe
televisionispurchased and operated in the U.SA or Puerto
Rico.

customercontrols,and installationor repair of antennasystems
are not covered by these warranties Receptionproblems
causedby inadequate antennasystemsare your responsibility
Warrantiesextend onlyto defects in materialsor workmanship
as limitedaboveand do not extendto any televisionor partsthat
havebeen lost or discarded by you or to damageto televisionor
partscaused by misuse,accident,Acts of God (such as lightning
or fluctuations in electric powe0, improper installation,improper
maintenance,or usein violation of instructionsfurnished by
TACP/THI;or to units that havebeen modified or had the serial
number removed,altered,defaced,or renderedillegible.
