Safe Use of the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor
Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, tamper with or
repair product.
Disassembly, modification, tampering or repairing the
product could cause fire or electric shock, possibly
resulting in serious injury.
Always contact an authorized Toshiba service
provider, for appropriate assistance.
Never leave the plastic bags that were used for
packaging the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor or any of its
components in places where children or infants will
have access them, to prevent possible suffocation.
Never leave the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor in places
where children or infants will have access them, to
prevent possible injury and accidents.
To avoid any risk of short-circuit, fire or other internal
damage, never allow any metal object such as screws,
staples or paper clips to fall into the Bluetooth
®
USB
Adaptor. If that should happen, however, immediately
stop using the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor.
Never allow any liquids to spill into any part of your
Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor, and never expose the
Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor to rainwater, seawater or
moisture, in order to avoid risk of electric shock, fire,
resulting in serious injury or damage to the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor. If any of these eventualities should
occur, stop using the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor to avoid
permanent damage to the Adaptor.
If the Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor has been dropped, or if
you ever detect the emission of smoke, unusual odor
or excessive heat, immediately stop using the
Bluetooth
®
USB Adaptor to prevent fire, possibly
resulting in death or serious physical injury.
Always contact an authorized Toshiba service
provider, for appropriate assistance.
