Settings

Volume control

If you want to turn the ringer off, or change the

ringer settings quickly, press and hold the OK key.

You can change the ringer setting cyclically

(through On/Vibrate/Off) instead of tapping the

ringer icon on the title bar.

You can also change the ringer setting and volume

using the stylus or by pressing the Side key up or

down.

Volume control has the following settings:

• Sound volume of your phone - 6 levels.

• Call volume - 6 levels.

• Both sound volume and call volume can be set

to On, Vibrate or Off.

Reassigning button functions

There are already programs assigned to the

Program buttons on both side of the screen.

However, you may want to change some

assignments to programs that you use more

frequently.

To reassign a button:

1. From the Today screen, tap Start > S

ettings.

2. On the Personal tab, tap Buttons. You see a

list of buttons with their current assignments.

3. Tap a button to reassign.

4. From the Assign a program: list, select a

program for this button.

5. Tap ok.

NOTE: An icon represents the original

function of a button. It helps you to identify a

button and restore its default at any time.
