Insert the HD DVD disc and close the tray.
The disc begins to play.
If the disc does not begin to play, press .
Select an item from the menu.
• If the menu does not appear, press or .
• To select an item, use the direction buttons to select the item and
press .
• Use the cursor function for some discs ( page 38).
For example, you can watch the latest trailers on the player via the
Internet.
For details on actual operations, also refer to the operations guide for
the disc.

Connect and confi gure the player to access the Internet beforehand
( pages 44 to 46).
Some HD DVD discs enable you to access special HD DVD sites. If an
HD DVD site includes content such as movie trailers, you can watch the
content on the player via the Internet if your internet connection provides
suffi cient bandwidth.
