The TVR offers several convenient features:
■ Pre-set mic gain—You can preset the mic gain level to best suit vari-
ous recording conditions by selecting either Conference, Interview, or
Custom.
■ AGC—If the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) is enabled, the slider is
disabled.
■ Microphone gain slider—This is available when Custom is selected
at pre-set mic gain and AGC is disabled.
■ Delete or Rename a clip—To delete or rename a clip, tap and hold
the clip, then select the function from the pop-up menu.
■ Send a clip—You can send a clip by tapping and holding the clip.
From the pop-up menu, select Send via E-mail or Beam File.
To set the TVR options:
1. On the TVR screen, tap the Settings icon .
■ You can assign TOSHIBA Voice Recorder to the hardware recording
button if the Assign TVR to Record button check box is selected.
You can play the .wav files recorded with Notes if Play all WAV files
with TVR is selected.
■ You can choose the folder to save a recording file.
If you assign TVR to Record button, TVR starts every
time you push the Record button, instead of starting
Microsoft original recording function.
The files recorded with TVR cannot be played with Notes.
