- in the On external power: section, tick the
Turn off device if not used for checkbox, and
select the time period for the phone to turn off if
left idle when using external power.
6. On the Wi-Fi tab, you can set the Wi-Fi power
control:
- Default - Wi-Fi will follow the backlight setting,
i.e. on only when the backlight is on.
- Always On - Wi-Fi is always on.
7. Tap ok when you have finished.
Regional settings
Regional settings specify the style in which
numbers, currency, dates, and times are displayed.
To edit regional settings:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > S
ettings.
2. Tap the System tab.
3. Tap Regional Settings.
4. On the Region tab, select your region from the
list.
5. To set up the details, tap the other tabs
(Number, Currency, Time, and Date), and
select the required settings.
6. Tap ok when you have finished.
Removing Programs
This feature removes additionally installed software
programs.
To remove a program:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > S
ettings.
2. Tap the System tab.
3. Tap Remove Programs.
4. Select the program to remove from the
Programs in storage memory: list.
5. Tap the Remove button.

To adjust screen settings:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > S
ettings.
2. Tap the System tab.
3. Tap Screen.
4. On the General tab, you can align the screen.
NOTE: Programs that come with your Toshiba
phone cannot be removed.
