Inserting predefined text into an
e-mail
Please refer to the Text (SMS) messaging section
for details on how to use this feature. It can be used
when creating a new message or replying to an
e-mail.
Replying to an e-mail
1. From an open message, tap Reply or, if
replying to multiple recipients, tap Menu >
R
eply > Reply All.
2. Enter a message in the message area.
3. Tap Send.
Sending and receiving e-mails
1. From the Today screen, tap Start >
M
essaging.
2. Tap the e-mail account that you want to use to
send and receive messages.
3. Tap Menu > S
end/Receive. Your Toshiba
phone connects to your e-mail server and
sends and receives your messages.
Downloading a complete e-mail
1. From the Today screen, tap Start >
M
essaging.
2. Tap the e-mail account that you want to use.
3. Tap the message to download.
TIP: To set the priority of the e-mail, tap Menu
> Me
ssage Options.
TIP: To cancel a message, tap Menu >
Can
cel Message.
TIP: If you are replying to an e-mail in an
Outlook E-mail account, you will send less
data if you do not edit the original message.
This may reduce data transfer costs based on
your rate plan.
NOTE: To stop this process, tap Menu > Stop
