STEP B: PREPARING YOUR REMOTE CONTROL
Loading batteries
1 . Open the Co ver.
2 . Insert two R 03 (AAA si ze) batteries.
- Make sure to m atch the + and – signs on the ba tteries to the m arks inside the batt ery com partment.
3 . Close the co ver.
Notes on batteries
Impr oper use of batteries may cause batter y leak age and corros ion. To opera te the rem ote control corr ectly,
follow the instruc tions below.
 Do not insert batter ies into t he remote contro l in the wrong direct ion.
 Do not charge, h eat, open, or short-circ uit the batteries . Do not t hrow batter ies into f ire.
 Batteries co ntain tox ic subs tances. Do not dispose of them w ith ordinar y trash. Dispose of batt eries onl y
in accordance with local or dinances.
 Do not leave dead or exha usted batter ies in the rem ote contro l.
 Do not use diff erent types of batteries toget her, or m ix old and new bat teries.
 If you do not use the rem ote c ontrol f or a long p eriod of time, remove the ba tteries to avoid possible
damage f rom battery corro sion.
 If the rem ote control does not func tion correct ly or if t he operat ing range becomes reduced , replace all
batteries with new ones.
