VIEWING PROGRAMS

. After you have tuned th e receiver, you have sever al ways to nav igate throug h all progr ams :
Press the “CH ANNEL NUM BER” or “CHAN NEL UP/D OW N” buttons to sel ect a program of your inter est.
Press the “T V/RADIO” button to ca ll up th e “Progr am List” ( page 4 3) and s elec t a progr am of your
interest. T his will also set your viewing m ode to “Norm al”.
Press the “F AV.” but ton to call up t he “F avorite C hannel List” and s elect a progra m of your interest (page
44). Entries in this “F avorite Channe l List” are those that you have added unde r “FAVORIT E&LOCK”
(page 38). T his will set your viewing m ode to “Fav orite”.
Use the “CHA NNEL UP/D OW N” buttons to vie w the previous and next pro gram . The program s are
arranged acc ording to th e Program list” or “Favor ite Chan nel List” (de pending on your current viewing
mode). See “I-P LATE (INF O)” on pag e 42 for m ore inform ation on viewing m odes.

. Press the “E PG” button to view the E lectronic Pro gram Guide on a week ly basis.

. Pres s the “VO LUME UP/DOW N” buttons to increase or decrease the audio volume, or pr ess the MUTE”
button to turn off the audio output.

TURNING OFF THE RECEIVER
Set the recei ver to standby m ode by pressing th e “STANDBY/ON” but ton.
If you would not us e the rec eiver f or a long t ime, unplug t he po wer cord fro m the wall outlet t o com pletel y
eliminate all vo ltages.
