NOTES ON HANDLING
This unit is sus ceptible to s urrounding en vironm ental changes such as shock , vibration a nd tem perature.
1. Do not appl y shock or vibra tion to the unit.
2. Do not use the unit on a sh ak y or unstable place.
3. Do not install th e unit on a non-flat surf ace.
4. Do not cover up the vent ilation holes of the unit.
5. Do not use the unit in a high tem perature e nvironm ent or enviro nment with ex trem e changes in
temperature.
6. Never rem ove the top cov er, disass emble or m odif y the un it. Moreover, r em oving the top cover voids the
warrant y even if the produc t is within the warrant y period.
W hen moving t he unit t o a remote location, cover the unit with a piece of cloth t o prev ent injury. Also, t ake
care not to shak e or appl y shock to the unit.
The top cover or r ear panel m ay become warm after operating f or a long t ime. T his is not a m alfunction.
Do not use insectic ide spr ays, etc ., n ear t he unit. A lso, do no t lea ve rubb er or p lastic objects in co ntact with
the unit for lon g periods of time. T his ma y cause discoloring of this unit’s f inish.
Keep the origi nal pack ing that this unit cam e in and use it to re- pack the unit when m oving or transp orting.
ABOUT CLEANING
Do n ot use s olvents such as benzene, alco hol or t hinner to clean the unit. T hes e s olvents m a y distort the
chassis or d amage its f inish. If rubb er or v inyl prod ucts rem ain in c ontact with the unit for a long time, a st ain
may result.
W hen the unit becomes dirty, clean it gent ly with a piec e of sof t, dry cloth.
W hen the un it is ver y dirt y, rem ove the power plug from the wall s ocket and use a piece of dam p cloth to
wipe the unit cl ean. Finish t he cleaning wit h a piec e of dry cloth.
