region have be en searched and is indica ted by the L ED turni ng off .
3. Brand code display
This function s hows t he current programm ed code in the rem ote control. There are 3 d igits in the contr ol
code and an y digit can be d isplayed.
(a) Press and hold the “T V FUNCT ION” and “PROG.” butt on, LED lights up.
(b) Release the “ PROG.” and “TV FUN CTION” button. T he remote contr ol is no w in “Brand cod e
display” mode.
(c) Press either “1” or “2” or “3”, de pending on which digit of th e code you wish to kno w. T he num ber of
blinks in the LED represent s the cod e (if there is no blink , the code is 0).
(d) LED goes of f and rem ote control exits “Bra nd code dis pla y” m ode if the “TV” butto n is pressed or no
further activit y is sensed aft er ten seco nds
4. Auto code search
This function is sim ilar to “Auto code search (Regio n)” ex cept that a f orward search in the code list is
perform ed for all regions.
(a) T urn on your T V. Press and hold t he “PROG .” butto n, then pres s and hold the “ POW ER” button for 3
seconds.
(b) LED lights up. Re lease the “PROG.” and “POW ER” buttons. T he rem ote control is now in “ Auto cod e
search” m ode indicated b y a blink ing LED.
(c) Point the rem ote control at the TV. Ever y 1.5 seconds , the rem ote control auto m atically sends out
“POW ER” button signal 5 tim es from the next code in the list. T he test is succ essful if the T V
responds b y powering of f.
(d) Press the “POW ER” button on t he r emote contro l imm ediately after the T V powers off . T his exits
“Auto search m ode” and tur ns the LED of f.
(e) T est other butto ns to m ake sure your T V is oper ated correctl y (R efer to step ( e) of Programm ing
method on pre vious page) . If uns uccessful, repe at from step (a).
