Other problems
If your TV’s problem is not addressed in this Questions and Answers section or the recommended solution has not
worked, do one of the following:
1 Turn off your TV. After 30 seconds, turn it on.
2 Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. After 1 minute, plug the power cord in and turn on the TV.
3 Perform the Reset TV function in the Installation menu.

Why don’t the networked devices
work?
The LAN cables are not connected properly or at all. Connect all cables
(see page 13).
Make sure your network address is set up correctly (see page 51).
Why doesn’t the wireless network
work?
Check that the AP is powered on.
Why doesn’t the My Contents feature
operate?
Make sure that devices are connected correctly.
Incorrect behaviour may occur with a USB Hub connection.
Check your network setup if using a network media server.
Why doesn’t the USB HDD work?
Your country/area may not support the USB HDD function.
What do the LEDs on the front of the
television indicate?
Check the table below.
