Calling Service Personnel
Check the following guide for the possible cause of a problem before contacting service.

Cause
• The AC adapter or power plug is
disconnected.
• The battery pack has been removed,
• Battery empty,
• The automatic LCD off function turned the
LCD off,
• The connected TV is not set to receive
DVD signal output.
Correction
• Connect the AC adapter or power plug
securely.
• Install the battery pack,
• Re-charge the battery,
• Press any button.
