SETTING THE RECORDING TIME
Select one of two maximum recording
times or Announce Only by sliding the
REC TIME switch on the side of the base
unit.
1: 1 minute
4: 4 minutes
ANN (Announce Only): If you set the switch to ANN, the selected
greeting message will be announced and no message will be
accepted. The LED display shows "A".
SETTING THE CLOCK
The answering machine announces the day and time that each
message was recorded during a play back.
1 Press and hold till a beep sounds.
2 Select the day of the week by pressing or . When
the correct day is announced (corresponding to the number on the
LED display), press .
The selected day of the week will be announced.
3 Select the Hour by pressing or . When the correct
number ( - ) appears on the LED display, press .
4 Select the Minute by pressing or . When the correct
number ( to ) appears on the LED display, press .
5 Select AM/PM by pressing or . At the correct
display ( or ), press .
You hear a long beep and the new day and time.
NOTES:
• You can hear the time currently set by pressing .
• If you do not complete the setting procedure within 2 minutes, the setting
procedure is cancelled
