Selectthe"STR" (stereo) mode

following steps 1through 3 on the

previous page.

Press MENU, then press • or • until

the PREMIUM menu appears.

Press

Press • or • to select"SURROUND."

• or • to highlight =On."

To deactivate the Surround sound function

Select "Off" in step 4 above.

Note:

Normally you can leave the M3"Sfunction set to "STR" and the

SURROUND sound function set to "On". The TV will automatically

produce either Surround, stereo or monaural, whichever is broadcast.
