LIMITED WARRANTY
Toter Incorporated warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s
specifications. This warranty pertains to the molded part and is not applicable to items
such as, but not limited to, wheels, axles, or handles. This warranty does not apply to
failures resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, accidents, lack
of maintenance and/or repairs or alterations outside our facility. DO NOT RETURN
THIS PRODUCT TO RETAILER. Call the Toter Retail Warranty Department at

TOTER INCORPORATED MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTER INCORPORATED BE
LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES
DISALLOW CERTAIN DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS; SOME OF THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
