Preventing damage caused by
freezing conditions or by disused
over an extended period of time
To cope with freezing conditions, use a heater in the room or drain out the water in the toilet bowl.
Freezing may cause product damage or leakage.

Do not use energy saver. Otherwise the freezing conditions may cause product damage.
Enabling antifreeze mode
When the top unit receives the “OFF”
signal from the remote control, it will
“Beep”.
Open the remote control cover

To cope with freezing conditions, set to off and close the seat
and lid.
The NEOREST will flush regularly to drain out the water before it freezes.
