Maintenance
When the toilet bowl repels water or tends to get dirty(SN993MX/TCF993WA only)
●
The toilet bowl surface needs to be cleaned.

Clean with a toilet brush or the like using commercially available hydrochloric acid-based or inorganic acid-based detergent.
• For daily cleaning, use neutral detergent.

Unplug the power plug.

Switch the breaker on the distribution board to OFF.

Clean with a toilet brush or a similar tool.

The bowl unit can be cleaned while the toilet is fl ushing.
Insert the power plug.
Switch the breaker on the distribution board to ON.

"BOWL CLEANING"
Operate with the buttons on the back side of the remote control.

Press [MENU].
(2)
Use to select "MANUAL CLEANING".
Press [●ENTER].
(3)
Use to select "BOWL CLEANING ON/OFF".
Press [●ENTER].
The toilet fl ushes (for about 30 seconds).
Clean inside the bowl unit.
The water in the bowl unit is drained and the water level drops (for
about 30 seconds).
The water in the bowl unit is drained and the water returns to its
original level.
●
To stop part way through, Press [STOP].

If the bowl unit is clogged
Using a manual pump or the like,
provide 10 cm or more clearance
between the top of the bowl unit
and the water surface.
Use commercially available tools
that are made for unclogging the
toilet bowl. (May cause overfl ow of
dirty water and water damage.)
Vinyl sheet, etc.

If the fl oor is dirty
Clean it with a well wrung cloth. (Not
cleaning the fl oor may cause stains
or corrosion.)
Using the product while standing
may cause splashing. To reduce
splashing, use the product while
seated.
