Troubleshooting
First, try the actions described on pages 57 to 64.If the problem persists, consult
the installer, seller or the contact listed on the back cover of this manual.
 All LEDs on the display of the top unit are ickering.
(Unplug the power plug or turn off the breaker of the distribution board and
contact where to call shown on the back cover.)
 The CLEAN indicator does not light up. (It is time for parts replacement.

 The POWER LED (orange) and ENERGY SAVER LED (orange) on the
main display are ashing.
(It is time for parts replacement. → Page 64)

so the toilet seat temperature may be reduced or the
heater may be turned off.

control receiver blocked?

Remove obstructions, dirt, water
