Is "Auto open/close (lid)" set to "ON"?

You can turn it "OFF".

Is "Auto close delay" set to "25 seconds"?

The seat switch will not turn on unless you sit on the seat properly.

Sit back on the toilet seat.

Is "Seat/lid" set to "Seat·lid"?

●
If the lid or seat hits an obstruction the fi rst time it opens after the power plug
is inserted, it may stop (or close) partway during the next operation.

Eliminate any obstructions and unplug the power plug. Insert the power
plug again after about 5 seconds. Then press
"Opening and closing the
toilet seat" button.

If automatic opening does not work either

The toilet lid may not be mounted correctly.

Mount them correctly.

Is the toilet seat temperature set to "OFF" or a low level?

Is energy saver in operation?

The energy saver feature is on when the "Energy saver" LED is on and the
"Power" LED is off on the main display.
When you sit on the seat, the toilet seat heater is turned on temporarily and
the seat is warmed in about 15 minutes.

You can turn it "OFF" if the energy saver feature is "ON".

Have you been seated for a long time?

After about 20 minutes of sitting, the temperature starts going down, and
after about 1 hour, the toilet seat heater is turned "OFF".

Stand up from the seat and then use again.

Sit back on the toilet seat.

Is a toilet lid or seat cover installed?

Remove any covers.
