Pressure balancing valve shall have anti-scald feature

and a adjustable temperature limit stop. Valve shall have

integral diverter and shut-off / check valve.

Valve shall be TOTO Model TSPVR and with diverter.

Valve shall be TOTO Model TSPTR and without diverter.
