Ingredients
200g canned chickpeas
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
100ml tahini paste
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Method
1. Drain the chickpeas and add to the blender jug.
2. Add all other ingredients to the blender jug and blend
on a high speed for 30-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and
a drizzle olive oil on top.
