Ingredients
300ml tomato juice
2 large tomatoes
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ red onion
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 green pepper, nely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp. malt vinegar
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender jug and close the lid.
2. Blend for 60 seconds on a medium high speed.
3. Pulse to reach your desired consistency.
