Ingredients
100g salmon llet
100g cod llet
100g shelled mussels (halves)
100g prawns
300g arborio rice, rinsed
2 garlic clove, crushed
100g peas
400ml chicken stock
Handful of parsley, roughly
chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Dice the sh and peel the prawns.
2. Place the sh and prawns into the cooking pot, with the rice,
garlic, salt and spices.
3. Cover with the stock.
4. Close the lid and close the steam release valve.
5. Select the lentils function and set the timer to 15 minutes. Press
start.
6. When cooking has nished, release the steam.
7. Serve with sprinkled chopped parsley and a wedge of lemon.
