Can I heat less than
6 plates
1. It is recommended that you have at least 1 plate per pocket to avoid
possible overheating and damage to the appliance.
Can I wash my Plate
Warmer.
1. You may use a soft brush to clean the unit providing it is unplugged
and has cooled completely before you begin.
2. Do not use any liquids or cleaning solutions to clean the appliance.
My Plate Warmer is not
heating up
1. Check that the plug is securely inserted into the socket and that the
socket is on.
2. If the Plate Warmer will still not heat up, please contact The Tower
Customer Service Department on: [phone].
