1. Place food in oven and close the door.
2. Turn Power dial to select a power level.
3. Use timer dial to set a cooking time.
4. To stop oven during cooking process, push
the door release button.
NOTE: As soon as the timer is turned, the
microwave starts cooking.
When selecting time for less than 2 minutes, turn
timer past the 2 minute marker and then return to
the correct required time.
CAUTION: ALWAYS RETURN TIMER BACK TO
ZERO POSITION.
Utensilsguideline:
It is strongly recommended to only use
containers which are suitable and safe for
microwave cooking. Generally speaking,
containers made of heat-resistant ceramic, glass
or plastic are suitable for microwave cooking.
Never use metal containers for microwave
cooking and combination cooking as sparks are
likely to occur and there is a risk of re or injury.
When cooking microwave4 meals, always check
the packaging to see which parts are microwave
safe.

discolouration may take place.
Some plastics are heat-proof only to certain
temperatures. Check carefully!
