3 Lift up the bobbin case so that part a is moved past

part b on the sewing machine, as shown.

4 Pull out the bobbin case in the direction of the arrow

to remove it.

Note

• Do not pull with excessive force. Doing so could cause the

bobbin case to be scratched.

* If the bobbin case cannot be pulled out, repeat the procedure

starting with step

5 Brush off any lint or dust on the feed dog and race,

and then clean them with a soft cloth.

Caution

When cleaning the race, do not touch

the sharp pointed part.

Doing so could cause injuries.
