Enable E-Bulletin:
Specify whether to enable electronic bulletin function.
Interval:
Specify the interval to release the bulletin.
Enable Logs:
Specify whether to log the E-Bulletin.

E-Bulletin
Title:
Enter a title for the bulletin.
