PROBLEM SOLVING: No fluorescence in the water flow. • Make sure the dye valve is in the ON position. • Increase the water flow to increase the dye flow. • To clean a clog from the small end of the gun, run hot water over it or probe the clog with a fine wire. • Add 0.25 ounce (7.4 ml) dye at a time to the bottle.
WARNING • RISK OF EXPLOSION. This equipment has internal arcing or sparking parts that should not be exposed to flammable vapors. It should be located in an area providing at least four air changes per hour, or should be located at least 18 inches above the floor. • Intermittent, short inspection intervals will reduce heat buildup and extend the bulb life. • Use for a maximum of 5 minutes and allow a 10-minute cooling period before restarting. • Do not touch the glass filter lens during use.
