Terms and conditions of warranty

This quality product has been granted a warranty by
Traco Electronic GmbH

for a period of three years from the date of purchase (or, in the case of orders, from the
date of receipt).
Warranty claims must be made immediately after a fault occurs and within the warranty
period.
The warranty applies to the physical parameters of products.
A further prerequisite of the warranty is that products must be used for their intended use in
accordance with the information contained in the data sheet.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
1. Faults due to wear caused by use or other naturally occurring wear.
2. Damage caused by improper use or handling (e.g.impact, shock, fall).
3. Damage caused by noncompliance with the prescribed operating instructions and the
specifications contained in the data sheet.
In the case of a justified warranty claim, Traco Electronic GmbH will cover — at its own
discretion — either a repair of faulty parts or a product replacement.
If a repair cannot be performed and an identical product is no longer available from the
product range in order to provide a replacement, you will receive a replacement product
that is as equal in value as possible.
A refund of the purchase price is not possible as part of a warranty claim.
Furthermore, this warranty does not allow claims for compensation.
To make a warranty claim, please contact the supplier from which you purchased the
product and provide the faulty product along with the proof of purchase.
