heating fuel pellets in the grill.

Fill the hopper with TRAEGER
®
BRAND HARDWOOD PELLETS and
turn the temperature dial to HIGH.
When the pellets begin to fall into the
repot, turn the temperature dial to
SHUT DOWN CYCLE to reset the hot
rod. Then with pellets still in the repot,
turn the temperature dial back to
SMOKE.

Now you’re ready to place the grease
drip tray and porcelain-coated grill
grate back into the grill.
When ames start coming out of the
repot, turn the temperature dial to
SHUT DOWN CYCLE and switch to
OFF (O). Let the grill cool down.
