1. What applications is this product designed for?

Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring was designed for any area you have a need! Foam mats provide anti-fatigue
properties, protection from hard surfaces, acoustic and thermal insulation, and shock absorption. Suggested uses include: multi-purpose
spaces in the home or workplace, day-care centers, exercise/yoga rooms, basements, children’s play areas, laundry rooms, temporary
construction paths, gardening, recreation, churches, pre-schools, workshops, trade shows, camping sites and more!

foam tiles made from?

Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring is made from a proprietary co-polymer formulation.
3. What tools are needed for installation?
There are no special tools required for most installations. Simply assemble each interlocking tile together like a puzzle. For some
wall to wall installations that do require cutting or trimming, you may use a straight edge and a utility knife to cut the tiles to the
desired dimension.
4. Are the foam mats resistant to liquid spills?

Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring is made from closed cell high-density foam material and is water resistant. Foam
mats will resist most liquid spills; however, all spills should be cleaned up immediately. Clean mats with a damp cloth, mild soap
and water mixture and allow them to air-dry. Any prolonged exposure to moisture will absorb into the mats. Foam mats may be
damaged by some liquid chemicals so great care should be taken when using around liquids other than water.

Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring is “reversible.” What does that mean?

Standard Reversible Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring is textured on both sides. Each side of the mat is a different
color, but only one side can be used at a time.

Truly Reversible Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring is also textured on both sides. However, either side of the mat can
be used interchangeably at will to create a checkerboard or a solid pattern.

8. How do should we clean/maintain the product?
Clean mats with a damp cloth using mild soap and water.
9. Can the mats be used outdoors?

Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring was not designed for permanent outdoor use and will be damaged by prolonged
exposure to UV light. Avoid prolonged sun exposure to prevent color fading.
10. Is there any Latex contained in this product?

Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring is Non-toxic, Latex Free, Lead Free, Allergen Free, Phthalate Free, and is CA Prop 65 compliant.
11. Are these mats rated for children’s play areas?
Please refer to all codes, laws, specifications and ratings for products used in play areas, playgrounds, and other recreational uses
where the safety of children and others are concerned. This product is not rated for outdoor playground use or for uses that require
Fall Zone compliance.
12. Can this product be used under or around exercise equipment?

™
Multi-Purpose Foam Flooring can be used around exercise equipment, but should not be used under it. It is not
designed to support prolonged weight without significant deterioration of the product.
13. Are trim pieces included with packs?
Yes. Each foam tile includes two stamped trim pieces. For example, a four (4) pack includes eight (8) trim pieces. Please note: for
easiest installation, trim pieces should be removed before assembly.
14. Why does my trim not fit properly around my tiles?
During production, trim pieces are stamped into each tile. We recommend you remove your trim pieces prior to laying out your floor.
If your trim pieces do not fit perfectly in some instances you may need to use scissors or a utility knife to cut the remaining pieces
and make the fit as needed. For a finished look, you may also install the flooring wall-to-wall and trim off ends. Try to keep each
piece against walls as equal in size as possible and allow a small gap for expansion and contraction to keep the tiles from buckling.
Extra trim pieces are not sold separately.
