Engineered Floors warrants its indoor/outdoor carpets will not exhibit excessive wear during the warranty period.
Excessive wear is defined as a loss of more than 10% of the pile fiber. This carpet is also warranted to not exhibit
ultraviolet degradation of the pile fibers (also known as fade) as a result of exposure to sunlight or normal
atmospheric conditions during the warranty period. Fade is defined as a noticeable color change of more than one
(1) unit on the AATCC Gray Scale.
Exclusions
In order for this warranty to remain in full force, the carpet must be properly installed in an owner occupied
residence and the carpet must be maintained properly. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is
not transferrable. Indoor/Outdoor carpet is not intended for use in a commercial application.
