AllTranscendInformation,Inc.("Transcend")products arewarrantedandtestedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialand
workmanship and to conform to the published specifications. During the warranty period, should your product(s) fail
undernormalenvironmentand operatingconditionsduetoimproperworkmanshipormaterials,Transcendwillprovide 
warrantyservicepursuanttothefollowingtermsandconditions.
WarrantyPeriodandService
• Your MP710 product is covered by this Warranty for a period of two year(s) from the original purchase date
（Li‐Polymerbatteryfora periodofsix months）.Proofofthe originalpurchasedate isrequiredforwarranty
service.
• Transcendwillinspecttheproductandatitssolediscretionmakerepairsorreplaceitwithaneworrefurbished
one. Under s pecial circumstances, Transcend may provide a functionally equivalent replacement or refund at
thedepreciatedcost.Transcend’sdecisionshallbefinalandbinding.
• Regardingout‐of‐warrantyproducts,Transcendmayreasonablychargeforrepairsandpartsreplacement.
Limitations
• Any software or digital content include d with the product, in disc, preloaded or downloadable form, is not
covered under this Warranty. This Warranty does not cover any damage caused by any accident, man‐made
destroy, abuse, mishandling or improper usage, alteration, abnormal mechanical or environmental condition,
actsofnature,improperinstallation,orproblemswithelectricalpower.
• This Warranty will be void for product physical defect or appearance damage, alteration to product warranty, 
anti‐counterfeit/qualitystickersorserial/electronicnumbers,orunauthorizedrepairoropening/modificationof
theproductcase.
• This Warranty does not apply to the transferees of products  and/or anyone who stands to profit from this
WarrantywithoutTranscend'spriorwritten authorization.

• TRANSCEND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  DATA LOSS FOR ANY REASON, AND WILL NOT PROVIDE THE
SERVICEOFDATARECOVERYANDBACKUP.
• TRANSCENDBEARSNOLIABILITYFORANYPRODUCTDEFECTORDAMAGEANDDATALOSSARISINGFROMTHE
WARRANTY SERVICE DELIVERY,  AND RECOMMENDS THAT YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA PRIOR TO
CLAIMINGWARRANTYSERVICE.
• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, TRANSCEND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES WITH
RESPECT TO PRODUCT AND THE USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF
NON‐INFRINGEMENT,CONSEQUENTIAL,INDIRECTANDINCIDENTALDAMAGES,LOSTOFPROFIT,BUSINESSAND
GOODWILL,DAMAGESRESULTINGFROMDATALOSS,ORFAILUREOFANYTHIRDPARTYEQUIPMENT.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSCEND BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH AND PROPERTY LOSS
ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT IN THE EQUIPMENT WHICH PERSONAL INJURY  OR DEATH IS LIKELY
TO BE CAUSED BY DEFECT AND MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MEDICAL
OR MEDICAL‐RELATED EQUIPMENT, MILITARY OR MILITARY‐RELATED EQUIPMENT, AIRCRAFT, TRAFFIC
CONTROL EQUIPMENT, DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM, COMBUSTION CONTROL SYSTEM,  AND NUCLEAR
EQUIPMENT.

• THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND COMPLETE, SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR WRITTEN OR ORAL PROPOSALS AND
UNDERSTANDINGS, AND EXCLUDES THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE,WHETHEREXPRESSLYORIMPLIEDLY.
• IN THE EVENT THAT SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS SET TIME LIMITS ON WARRANTIES, THIS WARRANTY
WILLBEENFORCEDTOTHEFULLESTEXTENTPERMITTEDBYAPPLICABLELAWS.
• IN THE EVENT THAT SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALL OW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED

• Transcendmayobtainaccesstothedataandinformation("Information")storedinthepr oductwhenproviding
the warranty service, and agrees not to disclose, without your prior written consent, any Information to any
thirdpartiesotherthantheemployeesonaservice‐providingbasis.
