We will not be liable for failures or damage that could have been discovered or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation. Pre-Installation PACKAGE CONTENTS Carefully check all components for damages and/or missing parts prior to installation. If there are any damages or if you are missing parts, do not proceed with the installation. Report damages and/or missing parts immediately to the manufacturer. Do not dispose of packaging before you are satisfied with your new utility sink.
Installation BASE INSTALLATION DOOR HANDLE INSTALLATION 1. Unpack the unit and place the sink (D) on a blanket or cardboard to protect the surface. 2. Turn the cabinet (E) upside down onto the protective surface. 1. Insert the door handle screws into the pre-drilled holes in each door. 2. Attach the door handles and hand tighten the door handle screws using a screwdriver. A 3. Gently attach the cabinet base (C) onto its proper location.
Installation (continued) FAUCET AND SPRAYER INSTALLATION Before installing, carefully unpack the faucet and ensure no parts are missing. Faucet 1. Insert the sprayer housing support through the pre-drilled hole in the sink corner. Screw the nut onto the threads and hand tighten. Faucet shank Mounting nut 2. Run the sprayer hose down through the sprayer housing and up through the centre faucet mounting hole. Connect the sprayer hose to the faucet and tighten with a wrench. Do not over-tighten.
Installation (continued) STRAINER INSTALLATION Sealant 1. Apply a ring of sealant to the underside of the strainer flange. 2. Insert the strainer body into the sink. 3. Assemble the rubber gasket, friction washer and locknut onto the strainer body from under the sink. Basket Sink Strainer body 4. Hand tighten the locknut. Do not over tighten locknut as it may split or deform the body of the strainer. Rubber gasket Friction washer 5. Remove excess sealant from around the strainer body.
Installation (continued) MOUNTING THE UTILITY SINK 1. Carefully place a bead of sealant all around the top of the cabinet. SE AL AN T 2. Ease the sink onto the cabinet, and ensure it is placed evenly and centered on the cabinet. Wipe off any excess sealant. Use masking tape to hold the unit in place until the sealant dries. PLACEMENT Move the assembled unit to its final location. Final hook up of the supply lines and drain system can now be completed.
Maintenance CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT 1. Turn off the water supply to the faucet at the nearest shut-off valve. 2. Remove water indicator (7) and screw (5) with an Hex key. 3. Remove the handle (6). 4. Unscrew the cartridge cover (4). 6 5. Remove the gasket (3). 5 6. Pull out the cartridge (2) by hand. 4 3 7. Insert the new cartridge. 2 8. Place the gasket (3) back in its original position. 1 9. Screw on the cartridge cover (4). Do not over tighten. 10.
Care and Cleaning UTILITY SINK This utility sink is manufactured from ABS. With the proper care and maintenance it will provide you with many years of enjoyment. Do Do not -- Use common household cleaners (nonabrasive) or a mild liquid dish washing detergent. Rinse well and dry with a clean cloth. -- Do not allow your ABS surface to come into contact with products such as acetone (nail polish remover), nail polish, dry cleaning solution, lacquer thinners, gasoline, pine oil, etc.

Instalación CÓMO INSTALAR LA BASE DEL ARMARIO CÓMO INSTALAR LAS MANIJAS DE LAS PUERTAS 1. Desempaque la unidad y coloque el fregadero (D) sobre una cobija o cartón para proteger la superficie. 1. Inserte los tornillos de las manijas (AA) en los orificiosde cada puerta. 2. Coloque las manijas (A) y apriete los tornillos (AA). 2. Coloque el armario (E) de cabeza sobre la superficie protectora. A 3. Coloque cuidadosamente la base (C) del armario en su lugar.
Instalación (continuación) CÓMO INSTALAR EL GRIFO Y PULVERIZADOR Antes de la instalación, desembale cuidadosamente el grifo y asegurese que no faltan piezas. Grifo 1. Inserte la base del pulverizador a través del orificio perforado previamente en la esquina del fregadero. Atornille la tuerca en la rosca y apriete con la mano. Mangos del grifo Tuerca 2. Dirija la manguera del pulverizador hacia abajo a través de la base del pulverizador y a través del agujero del grifo.
Instalación (continuación) CÓMO INSTALAR EL COLADOR Sellador de silicona 1. Aplique un anillo de pasta o sellador de plomería (no incluidos) en la parte inferior de la brida del cuerpo del escurridor. 2. Inserte el cuerpo del escurridor en el fregadero. 3. Instalación (continuación) CÓMO INSTALAR EL FREGADERO 1. Agregue un poco de sellador en la parte superior del armario con cuidado. SE LL AD O 2. Mantenimiento REEMPLAZO DEL CARTUCHO Para sustituir el cartucho, por favor siga estos pasos: 1. Cierre el suministro de agua en el grifo. 2. Quite el indicador de agua (7) y el tornillo (5) con una llave Allen. 3. Quite la manija (6). 6 4. Desenrosque la tapa del cartucho (4). 5 5. Retire el empaque (3). 7 4 3 6. Saque el cartucho (2) con la mano. 2 7. Haga clic en el cartucho nuevo 1 8. Coloque el empaque (3) y coloque a su posición inicial. 9. Enrosque la tapa del cartucho (4).
Cuidado y limpieza FREGADERO DE SERVICIO Este lavabo se fabricó con ABS de calidad suprema. Con el cuidado y el mantenimiento adecuados, funcionará perfectamente durante años. Hacer No Hacer -- Use limpiadores domésticos comunes (no abrasivos) o un detergente líquido para lavar vajilla. Enjuague bien y seque con un paño limpio.
