Attaching Voice Memos
A maximum of 30 seconds of audio can be recorded as a memo for captured still
images. The voice memo can be recorded only once.
1. Slide the mode switch to [ ].
 The last image appears on the screen.
2. Select the image to which you want to attach the voice memo with the e / f
buttons.
3. Press the shutter button.
 [VOICE RECORDING] is displayed on the screen and recording starts.
4. To stop recording a voice memo as it is being recorded, press the shutter button
again.
 [VOICE RECORD END] will be displayed and the recording will end. An [ ] icon
is displayed with images that have been recorded with a voice memo.
Play back voice memo
To play back the voice memo, press the SET button. [VOICE PLAYBACK] will be displayed
on the screen.
Changing the Camera Start Logo Image
You can specify the start logo image for your camera. You can select the new start logo
image among the captured still images.
1. Slide the mode switch to [ ].
2. Select the image that you want to be a new
start up screen with the e / f buttons.
3. Press the MENU button.
 The playback menu is displayed.
4. Select [Setup] with the f button.
5. Select [Start Logo] with the c / d buttons,
and press the SET button.
6. Select [User Image] with the c / d buttons,
and press the SET button.
7. Select [Execute] with the c / d buttons, and press the SET button.
 This new start logo image will be activated on the next time you turn on the camera.
 Voice memo is only available for still images.
