The Garden Pavilion and its parts are packaged in four (4) separate cartons. WARRANTY: Carton contents include: CARTON 1 - Vertical Corner (Upright) Posts | Angled Poles | Light Pole CARTON 2 - Horizontal Side Beams CARTON 3 - Corner Joints and Pavilion Hardware CARTON 4 - Pavilion Fabrics (Roof, Corners, Ties) and Walls, if ordered Please remove all contents from each carton, inspect and review part list.

Vertical Corner (Upright) Post 14 Knob 15 Mounting Plate (2 parts) Optional Umbrella Base S T E P 1 Prepare Horizontal Side Beams Form a square with the horizontal side beams. Lay beams with bottom track side down (1 notch is the top track, 2 notches is the bottom track). Slide 3 hook adapters into the outside of the horizontal beam, on the bottom track, with hook facing downward.
S T E P 1 2 Attach Ties S T E P 2 Install Corner Joints (Two-person Assembly) Pull corner fabric toward the post, wrap tie around the gathered fabric and snap tie to corner and secure with attachment strip. Repeat steps for all corners. NOTE: If fabric is not gathered, tie will not go around walls. Place 2 joint adapters into 2 slots of corner joint, see illustration. With partner, insert horizontal side beam onto each corner joint, insert 2 short screws and tighten using large wrench.
S T E P 4 Set Up Roof S T E P 1 0 Secure Roof Spread the roof loosely over top section. Note: Do NOT secure roof over corners at this time. Insert finial through fabric grommet first, in center of roof to ease connection. Turn finial clockwise and hand tighten. Hook grommet of strap to hook adapter, along each horizontal side beam (3 per side). Pull each side of roof down along with the fabric corners to make the roof tight. Repeat for each side.
S T E P 9 Attach Corners Attach 6 track hooks to the fabric corners. From outside the Pavilion, slide 3 track hooks into the horizontal side beam, top track to the outside corners. Slide the remaining 3 track hooks into the outside adjacent horizontal side beam, top track (see illustration) Insert 1 plug to top track, per side, to secure. Repeat for all corners. S T E P 6 Attach Top Section to Vertical Corner (Upright) Posts (Three-person Assembly. Ladder may be required for this step.
S T E P 7 Secure Pavilion Vertical Corner Posts to Horizontal Side S T E P 8 Attach Walls (if ordered) With the top section attached to posts - stand inside Pavilion. Secure each corner section with corner brace (left) and corner brace (right). Tighten medium screws into bottom of brace first, then short screws on top brace with large wrench. (See illustration) NOTE: Short screws must be secured into each track adapter installed in Step 1. Repeat for all sides.
S T E P 7 Secure Pavilion Vertical Corner Posts to Horizontal Side S T E P 8 Attach Walls (if ordered) With the top section attached to posts - stand inside Pavilion. Secure each corner section with corner brace (left) and corner brace (right). Tighten medium screws into bottom of brace first, then short screws on top brace with large wrench.
