Use and Care Guide

Not finding a
Bluetooth
driver on your
laptop
Frequent
disconnection
and noise
This will force the headset to forget
previously paired devices. Repeat
the steps for pairing as previously
described.
Make sure your laptop supports the
Bluetooth connection. If it doesn’t, you
will need an external Bluetooth USB
adapter compatible with your laptop.
For further details, consult with your
laptop manufacturer.
Make sure that the distance between
your device and the headset is less
than 33 feet/10 meters.
Make sure that nothing is blocking
the signal between your device and
the XR800. (no antennas, steel, or
multiple other devices nearby; no solid
obstructions; you’re not carrying any
other electronics on you).
Check if the headset is running out of
power.
Restore XR800 to factory settings by
following
Instructions from the next section of
the manual.
