lemon ice cream
ingredients:
lemon /lemon juice 50 ml
gelatin 5 g
Milk 200 ml
Heavy cream 150 ml
Sugar 50 g
Mash the lemon and filtrate, mix well the lemon juice, milk, heavy cream, sugar and gelatin.
Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the
desired consistency is achieved.
grape ice cream
