Guest Network (CSMA AP and WDS AP Only)
Enable – Check the box to enable the Guest Network SSID.
SSID – The SSID of the radio.
Edit – To edit the SSID settings, click Edit. **if the pop-up window does not
appear, please disable the browser’s ad/pop-up blocker** the edit menu is
same as above, only missing the “Wireless Traffic Shaping” section.
Security – Displays the security type assigned to this SSID.
Hidden SSID – Check the box to hide this SSID name from broadcasting.
Client Isolation – Check the box to block communication between associated
clients under the same WLAN
Manual IP Settings
o IP Address – Enter the IP address to assign as the “Gateway” for this
guest SSID.
o Subnet Mask – Enter the subnet mask for the “Gateway” for this guest
SSID.
Automatic DHCP Server Settings
o Starting IP Address – Enter the starting IP address in the DHCP range
to be assigned for this guest network.
o Ending IP Address – Enter the starting IP address in the DHCP range to
be assigned for this guest network.
o WINS Server IP – Enter the IP address for the external WINS Server for
name resolution.
For Client Bridge and WDS Station modes:
SSID – Displays the SSID currently configured.
Edit – Click Edit to modify settings. **if the pop-up window does not appear,
please disable the browser’s ad/pop-up blocker**
o Preferred BSSID - Enter the MAC address, or click device discovery.
o Wireless Security – Select and enter in the security settings for the
SSID you are trying to connect to.
o Save – Click Save to return to the previous page.
For CSMA WDS settings:
Note: WDS Bridge supports up to 8 WDS links, WDS AP supports up to 4 WDS links.
Security – Select and enter the security settings used for the WDS link.
MAC Address – Enter the MAC address for the WDS link and select Enable.
