Followthestepstoperformahardwarereset

1. Disconnectthepowersource(NetworkCablefromPoEinjectororswitch)efrom
thecamera

2. Openthebackcoverbehindthelensandfindtheresetbutton
 
3. Pressandholdtheresetbuttonthenconnectsthepowersource(NetworkCable
fromPoEinjectororswitch)backtothedevice.Releasetheresetbuttonafter20
seconds.Waitfor1minuteforcameratoreboot.Thedevicehasnowbeenreset.

4. Logintothecameratoseeifthepasswordhasbeenreset.

5. Closethecoverandconfigurethecameraagain.


