TRENDnetwarrantsitsproductsagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,under
normaluseandservice,forthefollowinglengthsoftimefromthedateofpurchase.
TV‐IP420P–3YearsWarranty
Ifaproductdoesnotoperateaswarrantedduringtheapplicablewarrantyperiod,
TRENDnetshallreservetheright,at
itsexpense,torepairorreplacethedefective
product or part and deliver an equivalent product or part to the customer. The
repair/replacementunit’swarrantycontinuesfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.All
productsthatarereplacedbecomethepropertyofTRENDnet.Replacementproducts
maybe newor reconditioned. TRENDnet
doesnotissuerefundsor credit. Please
contactthepoint‐ofpurchasefortheirreturnpolicies.
TRENDnet shall not be responsible for any software, firmware, information, or
memorydataofcustomercontainedin,storedon,orintegratedwithanyproducts
returnedtoTRENDnetpursuanttoanywarranty.
Therearenouser
serviceablepartsinsidetheproduct.Donotremoveorattemptto
servicetheproductbyanyunauthorizedservicecenter.Thiswarrantyisvoidedif(i)
theproducthasbeenmodifiedorrepairedbyanyunauthorizedservicecenter,(ii)
theproductwassubjecttoaccident,abuse,orimproperuse (iii)the
productwas
subjecttoconditionsmoreseverethanthosespecifiedinthemanual.
Warranty service may be obtained bycontacting TRENDnet within theapplicable
warranty period and providing a copy of the dated proof of the purchase. Upon
propersubmissionofrequireddocumentationaReturnMaterialAuthorization(RMA)
number will be
issued. An RMA number is required in order to initiate warranty
servicesupportforallTRENDnetproducts.ProductsthataresenttoTRENDnetfor
RMAservicemusthavetheRMAnumbermarkedontheoutsideofreturnpackages
andsenttoTRENDnetprepaid,insuredandpackagedappropriatelyforsafeshipment.
CustomersshippingfromoutsideoftheUSAandCanadaareresponsibleforreturn
shipping fees. Customers shipping from outside of the USA are responsible for
customcharges,includingbutnotlimitedto,duty,tax,andotherfees.
WARRANTIES EXCLUSIVE: IF THE TRENDNET PRODUCT DOES NOT OPERATE AS
WARRANTEDABOVE, THE CUSTOMER’S
SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE, ATTRENDNET’S
OPTION,REPAIROR REPLACE.THE FOREGOINGWARRANTIES AND REMEDIESARE
EXCLUSIVEANDAREINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSEDORIMPLIED,
EITHERINFACTORBYOPERATIONOFLAW,STATUTORYOROTHERWISE,INCLUDING
WARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.
